Hidden Message

Life is not always the way we want. Sometimes the God twists the story line a bit, and tests us. What do we do usually? Overreact? Yes..that is what most people do. We, usually tend to blame Him for whatever bad luck happen to us without seeing the hidden message.

For example, a situation in a shopping mall.

Dave worked at a shop at the ground floor. One day, his two best friends, Wayne and Ryan, went to visit him at his workplace. Since he was quite busy with his works, he couldn’t entertain his friends so much. Then, they decided to have lunch together at the food court at level three.

After finishing his works, Dave straight away went to the elevator, with the intention to go to level three. As he entered the elevator, he received a text message from a friend. As the elevator moved up, he was besotted with the text and when the elevator’s door opened, he quickly got out without realising that he was at level one.

As he noticed he was at the wrong level, he felt so irritated and cursed himself for getting on that level. Then, he quickly went to stairs to get to level three since he didn’t want to let his friends waiting for him. However, as he walked towards the stairs, he saw Wayne and Ryan were ‘coincidently’ at the same level as he was!

He suddenly realised that the God sent him to level one, because his purpose was at that level, not level three. He regretted for cursing himself for getting on the wrong place, which finally turned out to be the correct one. He felt like lightning struck his brain stem. The God gave him a simple but clear message. True story.

The conclusion is whatever happened to us, the very first action to take is finding the hidden message behind it. Sometimes the Lord twists the story line of our lives because He wants us to think and return to Him. If we think and react wisely, the most harmony place will be our next destination. Otherwise, the creepiest place is waiting for us.
