Mentality

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

After some moments without writing, finally manage to grab one. It’s just so difficult to think and write properly, since this semester I was kind of little busy, with my worms, crocs as well as sports. Well, it’s good to begin with some comments on what had happened since my last entry (the one and only).

For the past a couple of months, the whole nation was shocked (though this is common) by a news where a bus hit a road divider in Ipoh highway, near the Jelapang toll. The main reason of the accident was the driver fell asleep while driving, and in the accident, he escaped unhurt. Moments after the accident occurred, so many voices were thrown out. Some called for the driver to be hang to death, new road laws need to amended, police should be included in a bus and so on and so forth. Well, that was months ago.

Today, it seems like nobody ever remember about the accident. The ideas of the new road laws bla bla bla faded away. Nobody has discussed it. People are more interested in what I call ‘stupid news’ such as the sodomy, politician quit party and nobody ever talk about what had happened in Ipoh highway before. It’s like the disease in Malaysia. We only eat what is presented to us and one more thing, we only talk much with less action taken.

I am not trying to play blame-game, I am just expressing my disappointment, which I believe so many people have in common with me. The leaders, government and opposition, preferred politics rather than solving many unsolved issues. So, as Malaysians who love the country and its peace, lets improve our way of thinking, our attitude towards solving problems and our mentality towards on-hold issues. It’s time to work, not talk then. Peace for Malaysia.
